JIPMER MBBS Seat Availability: JIPMER MBBS 2017 Entrance Exam was conducted for admission to a total of 150 MBBS seats in JIPMER Pudducherry and 50 MBBS seats in Karaikal.The admission to 200 MBBS seats offered at JIPMER will be done strictly as per the candidate’s rank in JIPMER 2017.
According to the official brochure of JIPMER MBBS 2017, candidates belonging to General category have to secure a minimum of 50 percentile in the entrance exam, while, those belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Other Backward Classes (OBC) have to obtain at least 40 percentile in JIPMER MBBS 2017.
